Finding Calm In The Storm - navigating powerful emotions
Service Description
This three hour workshop will be lead by senior yoga teacher, Kat Pledger, who is a trained Menopause Yoga Practitioner. The workshop is suitable for women at any stage of their menopause journey and our theme will be Finding Calm in the Storm and we will be exploring techniques for navigating the powerful emotions that we can face during our menopause transition. The day will include a simple yoga practice, breathing techniques, meditation and journaling ideas as well as chance to connect with each other to share our experiences to support and empower. You will leave armed with information and simple practices that will help you find calm in the storm. You are welcome to bring your own mat / blocks but I can supply if you prefer. No other special equipment is needed although you will need to bring a blanket and a pillow / cushion etc. No previous experience of yoga is required.
