Menopause Yoga Workshops

Menopause Yoga is a carefully curated selection of yoga and wellness techniques that is suitable for women at all stages of their menopause from the earliest stages of peri-menopause, through menopause transition and into a thriving and fulfilling post-menopause life.

All menopause yoga workshops include a women's circle, yoga postures, breathwork, meditation as well as techniques for journaling and signposts to useful resources.
